 Synopsis

Jerry and Rachel are two strangers thrown together by a mysterious phone call from a woman they have never met. Threatening their lives and family, she pushes Jerry and Rachel into a series of increasingly dangerous situations, using the technology of everyday life to track and control their every move.

Review

I enjoyed the movie… there was alot of action.  There was a good on screen chemistry with Shia and Michelle, but it was still missing something… I really don’t know what.  There were many “sleep” zones in the movie that you could just take a nap through… and you really wouldn’t have missed a thing.

The message that the movie is giving off is that we rely too much on computers and technology and that technology can never replace or use “logic” to assess a situation like a human can… and just how dangerous relying on computers can really be… it is a good message! Computers only do what humans tell them to do, they can’t think or use emotions or logic manage every situation.

From the trailers and the buzz around the movie, I was expecting something totally different… but I guess that is like that with alot of movies huh?

I give it 1 thumb up… I have seen a lot better movies lately… it just didn’t live up to the hype it was given when it was first released.
