James Patterson has done it again! He is the master of on the edge of your seat thrillers… and Double Cross doesn’t disappoint. Patterson has an awesome style of keeping the chapters short… so you figure “hey… just one more chapter” and you end up reading the whole damn book! I just bought this copy 3 days ago… and I haven’t been able to put it down! Another great read in the Cross detective series.

Detective Cross is a veteran of the police force… and a man with an “X” hanging over his head.  The Mastermind Kyle Craig escapes from prision, there is another Serial Killer on the loose just taunting Cross to find him… it was a great book.  I have read all of the books in the series and this book doesn’t disappoint.

Patterson is one of the few writers who keeps up in the now, with the computer/wireless age and adds the new technology and terminology seamlessly into his books.  His research is well done, all angles always investigated and is a very smart read.

If you are into the thriller, who done it, think about it books, this series is for you!
